Mindful Nutrition
Participants experience the benefits of fasting or intermittent fasting in combination with an alkaline diet, which is essential for the retreat as it activates the transition to fasting metabolism. Clarity and new energies to increase performance are released. This not only supports the detoxification of the body, but also promotes the creative development of the participants.  
Yoga and Movement in Silence
The teaching of yoga philosophy, combined with daily exercises, is intended to encourage participants to integrate it into their everyday lives. Introspection and conscious self-observation open up new perspectives on behavior. Becoming aware of one's own and societal values ​​can contribute to greater stability and stronger self-leadership, which ultimately also supports the leadership of teams and employees.

Although this former convent has an idyllic location, it is only about an hour's drive from Vienna Airport. It invites you to go on long hikes and enjoy quiet moments of reflection, where participants can fully enjoy the restful silence of nature. The managers have the opportunity to meditate in a peaceful environment, concentrate on their thoughts and find and strengthen their inner balance.
