In this episode, I explore how we address the needs of each of you during the retreat. I aim to alleviate any concerns about abstaining from solid food for a few days. The goal is to embrace this exciting journey with joy, ultimately revitalizing the sense of taste with mindfulness while experiencing a process of detoxification.

Origin of Yoga

Yoga has been practiced for thousands of years, originally focusing on breath and meditation. Between 200 BC and 400 AD, yoga developed into the form we know today, with an emphasis on body and breath techniques. This holistic practice promotes both physical and mental well-being. I warmly invite you to join a short shared breath practice to experience the benefits of yoga.

Impressions from Wolfsberg, Austria

I visited the Kulturhaus Wolfsberg to discuss the preparations for our retreat from September 3rd to 7th, 2025, with the team on-site. This place is truly magical, and I would like to share my impressions in a video.

Mindful intermittent fasting with yoga, movement, and hiking in nature. Healing sound, with the handpan, mindfulness exercises, and meditation.

Do you want to feel your inner balance? Rethink your eating habits and try something new? Move your body in a place of quiet power? Or simply be there for yourself? Then this retreat is perfect for you. We nourish ourselves with an alkaline diet and fewer calories, and this only for 8 hours of the day out of 24. Your cells will appreciate this renewal process, also known as autophagy. We are a small group of a maximum of 12 people.

The retreat takes place at Seminarhaus Wolfsberg, located in the heart of a natural oasis in the Mostviertel region of Lower Austria. Surrounded by the Ötscher mountain, Lake Lunz, and the Erlauf mountain stream with its idyllic bathing spots, Wolfsberg is nestled among numerous small alpine pastures and rustic taverns. Countless trails weave through the area, making it a true hiking paradise – ideally suited for, among others, fasting and hiking groups.
